| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou migrace se zaměřením na Českou republiku a Švýcarsko. Popisuje národnostní složení migrantů v obou zemích a sféry jejich uplatnění na trhu práce. Na základě historických dat a analýzy dostupných aktuálních informací rozebírá intenzitu migrace v obou zemích, zabývá se problémy migrace, počtem migrantů a ukazuje její důsledky. Zaměřuje se na faktory migrace, odpovídá na otázku, proč je podíl migrantů na celkovém počtu obyvatel ve Švýcarsku téměř pětkrát vyšší než v České republice. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with migration issues and focuses on the Czech Republic and the Switzerland. It describes national structure of migrants in both countries and pursues spheres its effects on the labor market. On the basis of historical data and analysis of accessible information goes into amount of migrants, problems caused by migration and further shows its consequences. This thesis is focused on various factors of migration, it answers the question why is the total share of migrants in the Switzerland almost five times higher than the total share in the Czech Republic. |
