| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá ubytovacími a stravovacími službami ve vybraném turistickém regionu ve Skotsku. V teoretické části se práce soustřeďuje na definici základních pojmů z oblasti ubytovacích a stravovacích služeb. Dále sleduje charakteristiku Skotska, od faktografie přes historii, atraktivity, skotskou gastronomii, až po legislativu Velké Británie. V praktické části se práce věnuje analýze ubytovacích a stravovacích služeb ve třech skotských městech. Poslední kapitola praktické části je zaměřena na komparaci ubytovacích a stravovacích zařízení na základě vybraných charakteristik. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with the topic of accommodation and catering servises in a chosen tourist region in Scotland. In the theoretical part the thesis is focused on a definiton of the basic terminology of the accommodation and the catering services. The theoretical part is also about Scotland, its geography, history, highlights, scottish gastronomy and legislation of the Great Britain. The practical part is dedicated to the analysis of the accommodation and the catering services in the three cities. The last chapter of the practical part is focused on comparision of the services by selected characteristics. |
