| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá motivací a motivačním programem. Cílem práce je analyzovat způsob motivace pracovníků a realizaci motivačního programu, identifikovat přednosti a nedostatky a navrhnout lepší řešení současného stavu. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy. V praktické části je analyzován způsob motivace pracovníků a realizace motivačního programu ve společnosti The LEGO Group. Teoretická část je zpracována na základě dostupné literatury, praktická část je zpracována na základě rozhovoru s personálním manažerem společnosti The LEGO Group a interních dokumentů společnosti The LEGO Group. |

| Abstract: | The thesis deal with motivation and incentive program. The aim is to analyze the way of motivation and incentive program implementation, identify strenghts and weakness and suggest a better solution to the current state. The thesis is dividend into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical are explained the basic concepts. In the practical part is analyzed the way of motivation of staff and incentive program implementation in The LEGO Group. The theoretical part is processed on the basis of available literature, the practical part is processed on the basic of an interview stih the Personnel Manager of The LEGO Group and The LEGO Group's internal documents. |
