| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou talent managementu. Je koncipována do dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. Cílem práce je poskytnout komplexní pohled na talent management z teoretického i praktického pohledu. Cílem praktické části je zhodnocení talent managementu ve společnosti Alliance Healthcare s.r.o., s uvedením vlastních doporučení na základě získaných teoretických poznatků. Teoretická část práce vychází z teoretických poznatků a odborné literatury. Je zaměřena na vysvětlení základních pojmů, popis systému a hodnocení talent managementu. Praktická část práce vychází z rozhovorů s manažerem lidských zdrojů a interních materiálů společnosti Alliance Healthcare. Zabývá se analýzou talent managementu ve společnosti. Popisuje definici talentu a talent managementu a analyzuje systém talent managementu. V závěru praktické části je vyhodnocen systém talent managementu ve společnosti a jsou navržena řešení na zlepšení současného stavu. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with talent management. It is divided into two parts, a theoretical one and a practical one. The aim is to provide a comprehensive overview of talent management from a theoretical and practical point of view. The aim of the practical part is also to assess talent management at Alliance Healthcare Ltd. giving my own recommendations on the basis of theoretical knowledge. The theoretical part is based on theoretical knowledge and professional literature. It aims to explain basic concepts, system description and assessment of talent management. The practical part is based on interviews with the manager of human resources and internal materials of Alliance Healthcare Ltd. It deals with the analysis of talent management in the company. It describes the definition of talent and talent management and analyzes the system of talent management. In conclusion, I assess the system of talent management in the company and suggest possible ways of improvement. |
