| Abstract: | Práce analyzuje současný stav čínské ekonomiky a podrobněji se zabývá přehříváním ekonomiky, zejména přehříváním čínského trhu s nemovitostmi. První kapitola je strukturována jako SWOT analýza ekonomiky se zaměřením na skutečnosti, které ovlivňují hospodářství země. Druhá kapitola představuje vymezení pojmu "přehřívání ekonomiky" obecně a tento teoretický podklad je následně implementován do praxe na příkladu přehřívání Číny a bubliny na realitním trhu. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis analyses the current status of chinese economy and detailing the overheating economy, especially China's overheating property market. The first chapter is structured as a SWOT analysis of the economy, focusing on the factors which affect the country's economy. The second chapter presents the definition of "overheating economy" in general and the theoretical basis is then implemented into practice on the example of China's overheating and bubbles in the real estate market. |
