| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce charakterizuje problematiku postavení osob starších padesáti let na trhu práce. V teoretické části práce je přiblíženo fungování pracovního trhu prostřednictvím řady pojmů, jako je trh práce, nezaměstnanost a rizikové skupiny. Dále jsou charakterizováni starší lidé z pohledu pracovní síly, popsány předsudky a diskriminace ze strany zaměstnavatelů, následně představeny nástroje možné podpory zaměstnanosti těchto osob. Praktická část je založena na datech získaných z dotazníkového šetření, které zkoumá, jak vnímají zaměstnanci starší padesáti let své postavení na pracovním trhu, jak hodnotí své přednosti a nedostatky, jaký mají vztah k dalšímu vzdělávání. Závěr práce je věnován celkovému zhodnocení dané problematiky a návrhu možného řešení. |

| Abstract: | Bachelor thesis characterizes the issue of the status of persons over fifty years in the Czech labor market. The theoretical part will learn the functioning of the labor market, through a series of terms, such as the labor market, unemployment and vulnerable groups. Further characterization of older people in terms of labor, described prejudice and discrimination by employers, subsequently introduced tools can support the employment of such persons. The practical part is based on data obtained from a survey that explores how fifty years+ employees perceive their position on the labor market to assess their strengths and weaknesses and how they relate to further education. The conclusion is devoted to an overall assessment of the problems and design possible solutions. |
