| Abstract: | Práce je svým obsahem zaměřena na penzijní systém v České republice, jeho připravovanou reformu a celkové zhodnocení jeho perspektiv. V teoretické části je přiblížena obecná problematika důchodových systému, jejich historického vývoje a možných řešení jejich financovaní. Praktická část svým obsahem slouží k finanční analýze plánované důchodové reformy. V první části jsou znázorněny finanční modely výhodnosti vstupu do II. pilíře penzijního připojištění s porovnáním hrubého příjmu potencionálního účastníka. Druhá část práce je věnovaná výzkumu, který měl určit velikost zájmu o novou připravovanou reformu a určit, která ze sociálních a věkových skupin má nejvyšší zájem o vstup do II. pilíře penzijního připojištění. Závěr práce je věnován celkovému zhodnocení důchodového systému, zaměřená na systém penzijního připojištění. |

| Abstract: | The content of work is focused on pension system in the Czech Republic, the upcoming reform and overall assessment of its prospects. In the theoretical part is introduced pension system, their historical development and possible solutions to their financing. The practical part of its content is used for financial analysis of the planned pension reform. The first part shows the advantages of financial models to input II. pillar pension schemes by comparing gross income of the potential participant. The second part is devoted to research, which was to determine the size of a new interest in the upcoming reform. It should also determine which of the social and age groups are the highest interesting to join the II. pillar pension schemes. The conclusion is devoted to an overall assessment of the pension system focus on pension scheme. |
