| Abstract: | Práce charakterizuje statek vzdělání prostřednictvím ekonomické teorie. Cílem praktické části je anketní zjištění názorů veřejnosti na otázky týkajících se významu vzdělání, jeho přínosu a rozložení odpovědnosti za tuto oblast mezi stát a občany. Součástí praktické části je také úvaha nad cenou a hodnotou vzdělání, příp. s omezením na vysokoškolské vzdělání. |

| Abstract: | The presented thesis characterizes education by means of an economic theory. The aim of the practical part is an investigation through an opinion poll comprising a response of the general public to issues related to the importance of education, its contribution and the distribution of the responsibility for the sphere between the State and its citizens. The practical part also comprises a contemplation over the price and value of education, respectively with regard to higher school education. |
