| Abstract: | Práce je zaměřená na absolventy středních a vysokých škol a jejich uplatnění vystudovaného oboru v aktuálním zaměstnání na trhu práce v České republice. Obory, vybrané na základě vlastního dotazníkového průzkumu, jsou charakterizovány z různých hledisek. Následně je u absolventů se znalostmi získanými v těchto oblastech posouzena i míra shody oboru vzdělání s oborem zaměstnání. U zjištěných rozdílů jsou v praktické části testovány hypotézy o nejčastějších příčinách těchto neshod. Na základě získaných výsledků jsou učiněna doporučení školám čím obohatit či pozměnit výuku, aby profil jejich budoucích absolventů byl v souladu s poptávkou po pracovních silách na trhu práce a případnými dalšími požadavky zaměstnavatelů. |

| Abstract: | The work is aimed at graduates of secondary schools and universities and their application of a field of study in the current employment in the labor market in the Czech Republic. Fields selected based on its own questionnaire survey, are characterized from various aspects. Subsequently, the graduates with the knowledge gained in these areas and examined the correspondence of the training with the field work.Hypotheses about the most common causes of these disagreements are tested in the practical part. Based on these results recommendations are made to enrich what schools teach or modify the profile of their future graduates in line with the demand for labor in the labor market and any other requirements of employers. |
