| Abstract: | V práci se řeší problematika pracovní migrace. Cílem práce je zmapování vývoje migrace od roku 1990 do současnosti a určení hlavních migračních toků v současnosti a změn těchto toků a jejich příčin. V první části je migrace a její příčiny a dopady rozebírány z teoretického hlediska. Druhá část využívá statistická data, na jejichž základě je také vytvořena mapa současných migračních toků. Poslední část se zabývá možnými příčinami a využití změn probíhajících v mezinárodní migraci. Závěrem jsou pak zhodnoceny všechny poznatky z práce. |

| Abstract: | This thesis explains the issues of labour migration. The aim is to monitor the development of the migration from 1990 to the present and determine the major migration flows at present and changes in these flows and their causes. In the first part of the thesis, the migration and its causes and impacts are analysed from the theoretical point of view. The second part uses the statistical data on whose basis the map of current migration flows is created. The last section discusses possible causes and the use of the on-going changes in international migration. All the pieces of knowledge are reviewed at the end of the work. |
