| Abstract: | Práce se zaměřuje na cestovní kancelář one-step CZ a její nabídku. Nejprve jsou v teoretické části vymezeny základní pojmy týkající se cestovního ruchu, jako např. cestovní kancelář či zájezd a také je definován zákon č. 159/1999 Sb., o některých podmínkách podnikání v oblasti cestovního ruchu. Další část práce charakterizuje cestovní kacelář one-step CZ a její konkurenci. Poslední část je věnována nabídce one-step CZ. Jsou analyzovány poskytované zájezdy a služby. Na závěr je nabídka zhodnocena pomocí SWOT analýzy. |

| Abstract: | The thesis is focused on tour operator one-step CZ and its offer. The theoretical part contains definition of basic terms of tourism industry, such as tour operator, holiday package and especially the Act Nr. 159/1999 Coll. about some conditions of business in the tourism industry is presented. The next part is characterisation of the tour operator and its competitors. The last part is focused on the offer of one-step CZ. Holiday packages and services are analysed in detail. Finally, the offer of the tour operator is evaluated using SWOT analysis. |
