| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá globálními distribučními systémy a jejich postavením na trhu cestovního ruchu. První část této práce podává základní informace o GDS a popisuje jejich historii a vývoj od vzniku až po současnost. Druhá část práce obsahuje informace o současném působení a fungování GDS na světovém i českém trhu cestovního ruchu. Dále charakterizuje nejvýznamnější GDS společnosti a jejich nabídku služeb a produktů a je zaměřena na současné trendy ovlivňující GDS a jejich budoucí vývoj. |

The second part of this thesis contains information about GDSs and their current status and principles of working on the world and Czech travel market, characterizes the major GDS companies and their services and products. This part is also focused on current trends affecting GDSs and their future development. |
