| Abstract: | Tématem bakalářské práce je "Podpora malých a středních podniků". Obzvláště pak oblast investičních pobídek, strategických průmyslových zón a převážně tedy institutu Speciálních ekonomických zón, který se běžně vyskytuje ve světě. Není žádným tajemstvím, že Čína vystavěla svou legendu ekonomického zázraku i na tomto konceptu. Vše se však muselo dít po vzoru Irska, země, která je klasicky považována za prvního protagonistu v dějinách Speciálních ekonomických zón. Nejenže při správném řízení představuje tento instrument cestu k mezinárodnímu úspěchu na poli ekonomických experimentů, zdá se však, že se jedná o sofistikovaný nástroj, který má prokazatelně na svědomí zvýšení životní úrovně v nerozvinutých částech světa. |

| Abstract: | The object of this thesis is "Promotion of small and medium enterprises". Especially the area of investment incentives, strategic industrial zones and in large scale concept of Special Economic Zones, which is normally present in the world nowadays. It is no secret that China has built its economic miracle and legend on this concept, following the example of Ireland, a country which is classically considered as the first protagonist in the history of Special Economic Zones. Not only proper management shows its path to international success on the field of economic experiments, it appears that this is a sophisticated tool that has proven responsible for raising living standards in undeveloped and underdeveloped areas of the world. |
