| Abstract: | Cílem práce je zjistit přístup ke stravování a kvalitě potravin českých spotřebitelů. Dále se zaobírá dopadem stravování na naše zdraví a možnými riziky s tím spojenými. V práci byla použita metoda popisu, komparace a pomocí metody kvantitativního výzkumu -- dotazníkového šetření, jsem se snažila porovnat stravovací návyky v segmentu vysokoškolských studentů a v segmentu běžné populace. Výstup dotazníkového šetření pak odhaluje postoj spotřebitelů ke stravování a poukazuje na nejčastější chyby, kterých se čeští spotřebitelé při výběru potravin dopouští. |

| Abstract: | The objective of the text (my final thesis) is to ascertain a Czech consumer's eating habits, and his attitude towards the quality of food. Furthermore, the text deals with the impact of one's eating habits on his health, and all possible risks involved. When working on the text, the methods used were description and comparison. By the application of quantitative research technique--a questionnaire, I tried to compare the eating habits of college students with those of common population. The outcome of the questionnaire reveals the consumer's attitude towards eating, and points out to the most frequent mistakes the Czech consumer makes in his selection of food. |
