| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce pojednává o významu zaměstnanců a péče o ně v oblasti cestovního ruchu, konkrétně v sektoru hotelnictví. Cílem práce je analyzovat problematiku personálního řízení a přístupu k lidským zdrojům v podniku typickém pro odvětví cestovního ruchu. Teoretická část práce se věnuje managementu lidských zdrojů a postavení personálních činností v podniku, specifikuje význam zaměstnanců v sektoru služeb a zkoumá organizaci a řízení v hotelu s důrazem na personální činnost. Předmětem praktické části je analýza personálního řízení ve dvou vybraných hotelích situovaných v Praze. Na základě provedeného zkoumání bylo identifikováno postavení a význam personálního oddělení ve struktuře hotelu, analyzována jeho činnost a popsána spolupráce s ostatními odděleními hotelu. |

| Abstract: | Bachelor thesis discusses the importance of employees and employee care in tourism, particularly in the hotel industry. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the issue of personnel management and attitude to human resources in an organization which is typical for the tourism industry. The theoretical part deals with human resources management and the position of personnel activities in a company, specifies the importance of employees in the service sector and focuses on hotel management and its organization with emphasis on personnel processes. The outcome of the practical part is an analysis of personnel management in two selected hotels located in Prague. Based on the study the position and importance of Human Resources Department in the hotel structure was identified, personnel processes were analyzed and cooperation among HR and other hotel departments was described. |
