| Abstract: | Abstrakt Cílem diplomové práce je provedení strategické analýzy společnosti COLOR EXPERT ŠTORCH, CZ. V první části diplomové práce je představen teoreticko-metodologický aparát. Postupně je zpracována: analýza makroprostředí a mikroprostředí, dále analýza interních zdrojů společnosti a metody spojující interní a externí analýzu. V praktické části práce je nejprve komplexně představena společnost. Dále jsou v diplomové práci postupně aplikovány jednotlivé metody. Závěr obsahuje vyhodnocení výsledků strategické analýzy a doporučení budoucích strategických kroků pro společnost. |

| Abstract: | Abstract: The aim of the Master's thesis was to perform strategic analysis of COLOR EXPERT ŠTORCH, CZ s.r.o. company. Theoretical-methodological instruments are presented in the first part of the thesis. The analysis of the microenvironment, macroenvironment, the analysis of the internal sources and the methods integrating the external and internal analysis are applied successively. The company is completely introduced in the practical part of the thesis. Then the particular methods are applied. The conclusion contains the results evaluation and the recommendations for the future of the company. |
