| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá volbou optimálního způsobu přepravy zásilky se společností TNT Express Worldwide. V první části práce jsou teoreticky rozebrány jednotlivé služby nabízené touto společností. Jedná se jak o expresní kurýrní služby, tak o služby speciální. Dále je poukázáno na problém, který se objevuje v interní komunikaci mezi obchodními zástupci firmy a agenty oddělení Special Services. Cílem práce je stanovení podmínek a nastavení postupů, kterých je třeba pro efektivní volbu správné služby. |
