| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce na téma "Analýza systému managementu kvality a příprava organizace Parker Hannifin, s.r.o. na certifikaci podle ISO/TS 16949" je provedení analýzy stávajícího stavu systému managementu kvality v organizaci Parker Hannifin, s.r.o z hlediska připravenosti na certifikaci podle technické specifikace ISO/TS 16949. Diplomová práce se skládá ze dvou částí. V teoretické části je srovnání normy ISO 9001, která již v organizaci zavedena je a ISO/TS 16949, kterou organizace zavést chce. Praktická část je zaměřena na analýzu současného stavu systému managementu kvality, srovnání s požadavky ISO/TS 16949 a vyhodnocení připravenosti organizace na certifikaci. Rovněž obsahuje doporučení v případech, že požadavky splněny nejsou. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the thesis entitled "Analysis of the quality management system and preparing the organization Parker Hannifin, Ltd. for certification according to ISO/TS 16949 " is an analysis of the current state of quality management system in an organization Parker Hannifin Ltd. in readiness for certification according to technical specification ISO/TS 16949. This thesis consists of two parts. The theoretical part is a comparison of ISO 9001, which already is in an organization, and ISO/TS 16949 the organization wants to implement. The practical part is focused on analyzing the current state of quality management system and comparing it with the requirements of ISO/TS 16949 to know how is organization prepared for certification. There are also recomendations how to meet this requirements. |
