| Abstract: | Cílem práce je charakteristika postavení dopravy ve světovém hospodářství. Dále se práce zabývá analýzou všech oborů dopravy na evropské kontinentu. Popisuje infrastrukturu a vytíženost nákladní i osobní dopravy v každém odvětví dopravy. Celá práce je soustředěna na problematiku evropského prostoru, zejména členských států Evropské unie. V závěru jsou podrobně popsány plány a cíle společné dopravní politiky EU, způsoby financování této sdílené politiky, program TEN-T a program Galileo. |

| Abstract: | The main goal of the thesis is characterizing the transportation in global economics. Moreover the thesis analyses all types of transportation on European continent. It describes the infrastructure and utilization of cargo and personal transportation in all types of transport. The thesis itself focuses on the European countries, especially members of the European Union. In the end it describes plans and goals of common transportation policy of EU, ways of its funding, TEN-T and Galileo programmes. |
