| Abstract: | Cílem této práce je provést komplexní finanční analýzu sektoru spotřební chemie se zaměřením na společnosti s českou majetkovou účastí a posléze navrhnout řešení, které by vedlo k posílení konkurenceschopnosti vybraných podniků na českém trhu. Analýza bude uskutečněna na vzorku vybraných českých výrobních podniků. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do dvou relativně samostatných bloků. První část se zabývá výběrem vhodných finančně analytických nástrojů, tj. vymezením základních zdrojů informací a metod z teoretického hlediska. Druhá část je praktická a zaměřuje se na charakteristiku sektoru, aplikaci finančně analytických metod doplněnou o návrh na posílení konkurenceschopnosti vybraných českých výrobních podniků ze sektoru spotřební chemie. |

| Abstract: | The goal of this thesis is to carry out a comprehensive financial analysis of a consumption chemistry industry aiming at companies with Czech ownership interest and to propose a solution which would lead to strengthening of the competitiveness of selected companies on the Czech market afterwards. The analysis will be made on the sample of selected Czech manufacturing companies. The thesis is divided into two relatively independent sections. The first one deals with choice of appropriate financial analytical tools, i.e. definition of basic data sources and methods from a theoretical point of view. The second one is practical and focuses on a characteristic of the industry, application of financial analytical methods accompanied with a proposal for strengthening of the competitiveness of selected Czech manufacturing companies from consumption chemistry industry |
