| Abstract: | Tato práce zahrnuje základní pojmy týkající se trhu práce a dále se zabývá nároky a povinnostmi zaměstnavatelů vůči úřadu práce. V teoretické části mé jsou tyto nároky a povinnosti shrnuty a jsou zde také popsány výrazné změny, které se udály v této oblasti v souvislosti s nově realizovanou sociální reformou k 1. 1. 2012. Praktická část mé práce se týká aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti a rekvalifikace. |

| Abstract: | This thesis includes the basic concepts related to the labour market and deals with the demands and obligations of employers towards the job centre. In the theoretical part of my thesis these claims and obligations are summarized and there are also described the significant changes that have occurred in this area in connection with the newly implemented social reforms on 1 January 2012. The practical part of my thesis relates to active employment policy and retraining. |
