| Abstract: | Předmětem bakalářské práce je analýza současného systému odměňování a motivace zaměstnanců ve veřejném sektoru. V teoretické části se zaměřuji na vysvětlení základních pojmů v oblasti motivace a odměňování. Dále blížeji popisuji vybrané motivační techniky a proces odměňování, fungující ve veřejném sektoru. V praktické části mám za cíl zjistit, jaké faktory působí na motivaci pracovníků ve veřejném sektoru, které faktory se nejvíce využívají k motivaci pracovníků a zda vedoucí pracovníci motivují své zaměstnance dle motivačních teorií. |

| Abstract: | The subject of this bachelor thesis is the analysis of the current system of the staff motivation and rewarding of employees in the public sector. In the theoretical part of the thesis I am focusing on the explanation of basic terms used in the area of motivation and rewarding. In the following part of my thesis I describe selected motivational techniques and rewarding processes used within the public sector in more detail. The goal of the theoretical part of my thesis is to find out which factors influence staff motivation in the public sector, which of these factors are mostly used to motivate employees and whether the managers do motivate their staff in accordance with the theories of motivation. |
