| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá důležitostí vysokoškolského vzdělání nikoli z pohledu zaměstnanců, ale z pohledu zaměstnavatelů. Cílem této práce je objasnit, jakou roli hraje vzdělání při výběru zaměstnanců ve firmách. Jako metodologie je zvoleno dotazníkové šetření mezi farmaceutickými firmami. Z dotazníkového šetření vyplývá, že vysokoškolský diplom má mimo jiné vliv na získání pracovní pozice a zajištění stabilního příjmu. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with the importace of tertiary education from the employers' point of view. The goal of this thesis is to clarify the role of education during the recruitment process within companies. The questionnaire research within pharmaceutical companies is used as the metodology of this thesis. The questionnaire shows that a university degree has among other things impact on getting the job and securing stable income. |
