| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá interní a externí strategickou analýzou pražského čtyřhvězdič-kového hotelu s cílem poskytnout jejímu managementu dostatečnou informační základnu pro zhodnocení současné strategie a poskytnutí informací pro budoucí rozvoj společnosti. Práce využívá vybraných analytických metod pro určení současné strategické pozice spo-lečnosti a odhalení klíčových faktorů úspěchu. |
