| Abstract: | Práce si klade za úkol shrnout aktuální situaci osob se zdravotním postižením na trhu práce. Popisuje aktuální legislativu v České republika. Nejdůležitějším zákonem je Zákon č. 435/5004 Sb., o zaměstnanosti. Poslední novela tohoto zákona platí od 1. ledna 2012 a přináší několik zásadních změn. Právní řád České republiky výrazně ovlivňují mezinárodní smlouvy. Proto jsou do práce zahrnuty nejvýznamnější mezinárodní organizace a jejich dokumenty, které se věnují problematice zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením. Na základě zjištěných informací bylo provedeno dotazníkové šetření. Respondenty byly osoby samostatně výdělečně činné se zdravotním postižením a podniky zaměstnávající více jak 50 % zaměstnanců se zdravotním postižením. Průzkum zjistil, že organizace nejsou dostatečně seznámeny s aktuální legislativou a možnostmi státní podpory. |

| Abstract: | Goal of this thesis is a summary of the actual situation of people with disabilities in the labour market. This paper describes actual legislation in the Czech Republic. The most important act is Act 435/2004 Sb., about employment. The last amendment of this act is in force since 1 January 2012 and brings major changes. The legislation of the Czech Republic significantly affect international agreements. Therefore, the work included the most important international organizations and their documents, which address issues of employment of persons with disabilities. Based on the observed information was carried out survey. Respondents were self-employed persons with disabilities and enterprises, which employ more than half of employees with disabilities. The survey found that organizations are not sufficiently familiar with current legislation and the possibilities of state aid. |
