| Abstract: | Cílem práce je analyzovat vybrané činnosti vykonávané v hotelu Courtyard by Marriott Flora v Praze, identifikovat silné a slabé stránky personální práce a formulovat určitá doporučení na zlepšení do budoucna. Teoretická část byla zpracována na základě sumarizace informací z odborné literatury a vlastních teoretických poznatků získaných studováním předmětů souvisejících s tématem práce. Popis personálních činností v hotelu Courtyard by Marriott Flora vznikl na základě rozhovorů a osobních konzultací se zaměstnancem, konkrétně personálním administrátorem a studováním interních dokumentů a formulářů hotelu CMF. Silné a slabé stránky byly identifikovány na základě komparace teoretických poznatků a zjištěných skutečností. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to analyze selected activities performed in hotel Courtyard by Marriott Flora in Prague, to identify strong and weak aspects of HR and to formulate certain recommendations for improvement in future. The theoretical part was created by summarizing information from technical literature and own theoretical knowledge gain by studying courses matched to the subject of this thesis. Description of HR activities in hotel Courtyard by Marriott Flora is based on interviews and personal consultations with an employee, the HR administrator, and on studying internal documents and forms of hotel CMF. Strong and weak aspects were identified by comparison of theoretical knowledge and findings from the reality. |
