| Abstract: | Diplomová práca sa zaoberá facility managementom -- jeho podstatou, jednotlivými službami, ktoré tento odbor zahŕňa, ako aj ich integráciou zlúčením viacerých činností pod jedného skúseného dodávateľa až po komplexnú integráciu celého balíku služieb, t.j. komplexné integrované poskytovanie podporných služieb, čo je moderným trendom tohto odboru. Cieľom celej práce je zhodnotenie výhodnosti a efektívnosti nastaveného trendu integrácie služieb pod jedného kľúčového dodávateľa na konkrétnych praktických príkladoch. |

Cílem celé práce je zhodnocení výhodnosti a efektivnosti nastaveného trendu integrace služeb pod jednoho klíčového dodavatele na konkrétních praktických příkladech. |

| Abstract: | The Master's Thesis is generally about facility management -- its essence, individual services it consists of, and also about their integration when they are provided by one key supplier, and finally about their complex integration in one service package, i. e. complex integrated supporting services provision what is a modern trend of this discipline. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the advantages and efficiency of the trend of service integration under one key supplier based on specific practical examples. |
