| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na hodnocení reálného investičního projektu. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty základní analýzy, charakteristiky investic, jejich vstupní parametry a metody hodnocení, které jsou nutné pro posouzení dané investice. V praktické části práce je nejprve představena firma, poté je provedena výchozí analýza vnějšího okolí a vnitřního potencionálu firmy. Dále je představen investiční projekt, jeho vstupní parametry a je provedeno hodnocení projektu na základě metod z teoretické části. Na závěr je provedena analýza citlivosti a komplexní zhodnocení záměru. Cílem této diplomové práce je dát doporučení pro management firmy, zda realizovat či nerealizovat daný projekt. |

| Abstract: | The thesis is focused on the evalution of real investment. In the theoretical part are summarized the basic analysis, investment characteristics, their input parameters and evalution methods which are needed to assess the investment. In the practical part of the work the company is introduced at first, after analysis of the external enviroment and inner potential of the company is performed. Next investment project is presented, his input parameters and evaluation of the methods from the theoretical part is performed. In finally analysis of sensitivity and complex evaluation of the project is performed. The aim of this thesis will be give recommendations for the management of the company, if the project implement or not implement. |
