| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je analýza procesu vstupu ČR do Schengenského prostoru. V úvodu práce je přiblížen obsah schengenských smluv a jejich zasazení do kontextu v rámci budování vnitřního trhu. Druhá část práce je věnována přípravám a přijatým opatřením, které Česká republika musela na cestě do Schengenu přijmout. V závěrečné části jsou zhodnoceny efekty plynoucí pro Českou republiku ze členství v Schengenském prostoru. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to analyse the process of the Czech republic's entrance to the Schengen area. In the beginning of the thesis is described the content of Schengen agreements and their inclusion in the creation of a single market. Second part is dedicated to preparations and measures, which the Czech Republic had to take and accept on the way to Schengen. The effects resulting for the Czech Republic from participation in Schengen area are evaluated in the last part. |
