| Abstract: | Diplomová práce je zaměřena na asistenční služby na českém pojistném trhu. Teoretická část představuje více než dvacetiletou historii asistenčních služeb a problematiku pojištění, ke kterým se vztahují. Jedná se o cestovní pojištění, životní a úrazové pojištění, pojištění domácnosti a pojištění motorového vozidla. Také jsou představeny vybrané asistenční společnosti. Stěžejní část práce je věnována analýze nabízených asistenčních služeb u uvedených druhů pojištění, se zaměřením na jeho rozsah, výluky a specifika daného produktu. Pro porovnání byly vybrány čtyři přední pojišťovny. Cílem práce je nabídnout ucelený přehled tématu a napomoci při orientaci v problematice asistenčních služeb. Poslední část se věnuje předpokládanému vývoji v oblasti těchto služeb, ale i celého tuzemského pojišťovnictví. |

| Abstract: | The thesis is focused on assistance in the Czech insurance market. The theoretical part presents more than twenty years history of assistance services and insurance issues to which they relate. It is a travel insurance, life and accident insurance, home insurance and motor vehicles insurance. A selected assistance company are also presented. The main part is devoted to the analysis offered assistance services for those types of insurance, focusing on its extent, lockouts and the specifics of the product. The four leading insurance companies were compared. The aim is to offer a comprehensive overview of the topic, and help you navigate the issue of assistance services. The last part deals with the future development of these services, but also of the domestic insurance industry. |
