| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce pojednává o motivaci zaměstnanců, přičemž jejím hlavním zaměřením je právě vnitřní motivace pracovníků, jejich potřeby a motivační profil obecně. Práce obsahuje teoretický výklad dané problematiky od vysvětlení základních pojmů, přes nastínění vybraných motivačních teorií, až po pojetí pracovníka v podniku. Na to navazuje praktická část s představením vybraného výrobního podniku a s výsledky zde prováděného šetření. To bylo zajištěno písemným dotazováním na určitém úseku výroby a jeho cílem bylo zhodnotit předem stanovené hypotézy. Ty se týkaly převážně osobnostních charakteristik pracovníka, zaměstnaného ve výrobním podniku. |

| Abstract: | The following BA thesis deals with employees' motivation, its main focus being the inner motivation of the workers, their needs and motivation profiles in general. The work consists of a theoretical account of the said problematic reaching from explaining the basic terminology and sketching out the selected motivation theories to the concept of the worker in a certain company. This is followed by the practical part where the selected manufacturing company as well as the results of the carried out analysis are presented. These data were provided by means of a written enquiry about a certain part of the production, and their aim was to confirm or to falsify the beforehand laid down hypotheses. These were above all concerned with the personal characteristics of a worker employed in a manufacturing company. |
