| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá diagnostikou organizační kultury ve společnosti ATRIUM, s. r. o., jejím typem, silou a jejími prvky. V teoretické části jsou obecně přiblíženy základní pojmy, předpoklady a charakteristiky organizačních kultur. Následně je v praktické části aplikován model k diagnostikování organizační kultury společnosti ATRIUM, s. r. o., který z těchto teoretických poznatků vychází. |
