| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na zpracování podnikatelského plánu. Je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí. Teoretická část se zabývá podnikáním obecně a jeho specifiky v odvětví společného stravování. Hlavní součást je struktura podnikatelského plánu. Druhá část se již věnuje aplikaci podnikatelského plánu pro začínající restauraci se všemi jeho náležitostmi. |

The theoretical part deals with business in general and the specifics in the hospitality industry. The main element of this part is a structure of the business plan. The second part is engaged in the application of a business plan for starting a restaurant with all its necessities. |
