| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je strategická analýza společnosti Unicorn Systems a.s. V první části je popsán teoretický postup strategické analýzy, který je následně rozpracován v části praktické. Konkrétně jde o externí analýzu -- analýzu makrookolí a mikrookolí, o interní analýzu a o konkurenční strategie. Závěr práce pak obsahuje zhodnocení strategie podniku a případná doporučení, která z analýzy vycházejí. |

It contains external analysis, internal analysis and competitive strategy. The end of the thesis contains evaluations of strategy analysis and recommendations. |
