| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je stanovit hodnotu společnosti BOSCH DIESEL s.r.o. k 1. 1. 2012 za účelem prodeje neznámému kupujícímu. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části jsou popsány postupy a metody používané při oceňování podniku. Praktická část obsahuje strategickou a finanční analýzu, rozbor generátorů hodnoty, finanční plán a samotné ocenění. Hodnota firmy je stanovena pomocí metody diskontovaných peněžních toků, jako podpůrná metoda je využita metoda ekonomické přidané hodnoty. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the thesis is to determine the value of company BOSCH DIESEL s.r.o. at 1. 1. 2012 for its sale. The thesis is divided into theoretical and pratical part. Theoretical part describes processes and methods used in valuation of the firm. Practical part contains strategic and financial analysis, value drivers part, financial plan and final valuation. The value of the firm is determined by method of discounted cash flows, as a complemetary method is used the method of discounted economic value. |
