| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá zkoumání firemní kultury ve společnosti Key Plastics Janovice s.r.o. Jedná se o firmu, která klade značný důraz na utváření a existenci firemní kultury. Přispívá k tomu svým přístupem k zaměstnancům, který je ke každému individuální, otevřený až přátelský. Cílem této práce je analyzovat firemní kulturu ve vybrané společnosti. Nejdříve jsou určeny prvky firemní kultury, mezi které patří například oblečení, jazyk a zvyky zaměstnanců, dále konání pravidelných porad a sezení se zaměstnanci, ale také pořádání soutěží o nejlepšího zaměstnance, dnů otevřených dveří a sportovních turnajů. Poté je určen typ firemní kultury a její implementace. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with an investigation of corporate culture of Key Plastics Janovice s.r.o. This company puts emphasis on corporate culture formation due to personal approach to employees, which is individual and friendly. The aim of this thesis is to analyze and describe corporate culture of chosen organization. At first, we determine elements of corporate culture. These elements include, for example, dress code, habits and customs, meetings and sessions with employees, their language, competitions for the best employees and corporate sports tournaments. Then we determine the type of corporate culture and its implementation. |
