| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na identifikaci specifik vietnamských podnikatelů v České republice. V úvodní části ve stručnosti přibližuji, čím se práce zabývá, popisuji jednotlivé kapitoly a cíl práce. Vlastní práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část definuje základní pojmy spojené s podnikáním, popisem osobnosti podnikatele a charakteristikou vietnamské komunity v ČR. V praktické části analyzuji informace získané z tištěných dotazníků, které jsem si zvolil za způsob sběru dat. V závěru se práce zabývá doporučením vietnamským podnikatelům, které bylo odvozeno z výsledků výzkumu a které by mohlo vést ke zlepšení jejich podnikání. |

| Abstract: | The main aim of my thesis is to identify specifications of Vietnamese entrepreneurs in the Czech Republic. In the introduction I'm briefly describing the thesis scope and what each particular chapter contains. The thesis itself is divided into two parts - the theoretical part and the practical part. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts related to the entrepreneurship, description of entrepreneur's personality and nature of Vietnamese people who live in the Czech Republic. The practical part includes analysis of data which were gathered by questionnaires filled by 46 Vietnamese entrepreneurs and trying to find a way to help them enhance their business. |
