| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je zanalyzovat dle daných hledisek motivační program vybrané firmy. Nejprve se zaměřuje na pojednání o motivaci, motivační teorie, motivační program a všeobecně na teoretická východiska. Na základě teoretických východisek je provedena analýza současných motivačních prostředků ve společnosti, na kterou navazuje a jíž prohlubuje dotazníkové šetření. Výsledky šetření jsou zdrojem pro návrhy doporučení a závěr práce. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this study is to analyze employee incentive in a select company according to various criteria. The first part of the study is focused on motivational stimuli, motivation theories, motivation program and other theoretical bases related to this issue. Based on these results were analyzed and compared current motivation incentives within a company by using a questionnaire. The aim of this questionnaire was to examine motivational triggers and current employee experiences. All obtained results compiled and concluded into recommendations. |
