| Abstract: | Základem této práce by mělo být jakési "nahlédnutí" do manažerské práce v dnešní době, tedy jaké manažerské funkce a činnosti jsou v organizacích využívány, kde jsou využívány a mimo jiné také jak jsou využívány. Pro zjištění tohoto pak figuruje reálný podnik (společnost TQM - holding s.r.o.). Nebude nahlíženo na podnik jako celek, pro ilustraci je v daném podniku vybrána jedna specifická organizační jednotka. Pro uvedení do problematiky pak bude popsána daná organizační jednotka a její základní náležitosti, například jakou činností se zaobírá. Základním bodem této práce je tedy management ve vybrané organizaci. Tímto se pak rozumí konkrétní manažerské funkce a činnosti, které je potřeba vykonávat pro zajištění (efektivního) chodu dané jednotky. Tyto funkce pak jsou v práci vyjmenovány, popsány a zhodnoceny. |

| Abstract: | Core of this thesis is consultation of managerial work nowadays, i.e. which managerial funciton and activities are being used in the organizations, where and why are they baeing used. As an example there has been used a real company in the thesis (company TQM - holding s.r.o.). For illustration will be selected an organizational unit in the company, the company as a whole will not be analyzed. Such organizational unit and its basics will be described, e.g. what is the purpose and mission of this unit etc. The main point of this thesis is maganement in a selected organization, which means concrete managerial function and activities, which are necessary to be performed for operation of the unit. These activities are listed, described, analyzed and rated in the thesis. |
