| Abstract: | Tato práce je zaměřena na offhoring v oblasti lidských zdrojů a jejím cílem je na základě vlastních zkušeností poskytnout ucelený přehled o tom, jakým způsobem může offshoring v realitě vypadat, co vše přesun podnikových aktivit do zahraničí obnáší a také o tom, jaké jsou jeho výhody a úskalí. První kapitola je věnována úvodu do problematiky offshoringu, definici a také vysvětlení rozdílu mezi pojmy offshoring a outsourcing. Následující kapitola je zaměřena na popis společnosti, jejíž personální oddělení se s offshoringem momentálně potýká. Třetí kapitola popisuje přesun podnikových aktivit zmíněné společnosti do centra sdílených služeb v Jižní Americe. Závěrečná kapitola je věnována posouzení offshoringu v dané společnosti a také vlastním návrhům na změny v daném procesu tak, aby bylo dosaženo jeho účelu. |

| Abstract: | This thesis is focused on offshoring in human resources. Its aim is to provide, based on own experience, a comprehensive overview of how offshoring might look like in reality, what moving business activities abroad involves and what are its advantages and pitfalls. The first chapter is devoted to an introduction to offshoring, to a definition and to an explanation of the difference between the terms offshoring and outsourcing. The following chapter focuses on a description of the company whose Human Resources department is currently struggling with offshoring. The third chapter describes transfer of different business activities of above mentioned company to its shared service centre in South America. The final chapter is devoted to appraisal of offshoring in the company as well as to my own proposals for changes in the given process so as the company is able to achieve the main purpose of offshoring. |
