| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce probírá problematiku hodnocení bonity klienta, tj. schopnost klienta dostát řádně a včas veškerým svým závazkům vůči bankám a ostatním finančním institucím. Základem této práce je rozvést jednotlivé metody a postupy sloužící k ohodnocení bonity klienta využívané v současném bankovním prostředí. V teoretické části jsou definovány důležité pojmy související s danou problematikou finančních rizik a úvěrového procesu, a předvedeny jednotlivá opatření a procesy analýzy schopnosti klienta dostát svým závazkům. Jsou zde popsány přístupy k hodnocení fyzických a právnických osob. V praktické části je představena metodika finanční analýzy, kterou banky často využívají, a v závěru je zaměřena na postupy jednotlivých bank působících v České republice. |

| Abstract: | This thesis analyzes problems related to the client's creditworthiness, i.e. assessing the ability of the client properly and on time to meet their obligations to banks and other financial institutions. The core of the thesis is to demonstrate individual methods and techniques which are applied to determine the creditworthiness of the client and used in present banking background. The theoretical part defines important terms connected with financial risks, credit process and stages of client's creditworthiness analysis. The next chapters describe methods of analysis gradually creditworthiness of individuals and analysis of corporate creditworthiness. The practical part of the thesis focus on financial analysis and analyzing the creditworthiness of the client from the perspective of individual banks. |
