| Abstract: | Kolonialismus je významným fenoménem dějin mezinárodní politiky a na mnoha místech světa po sobě zanechal hmatatelné stopy. V některých zemích se dodnes jezdí po silnici vlevo, v jiných se platí frankem či šilinkem. Kolonizátoři ale vývoj svých držav často ovlivnili ještě výrazněji, přestože další důsledky zůstávají na první pohled skryté. Bakalářská práce se zabývá právě dopady kolonialismu na Demokratickou republiku Kongo a Tanzanii. Porovnává také jeho vliv na novodobé dějiny těchto dvou nezávislých zemí, ležících v oblasti Velkých jezer v subsaharské Africe. |

| Abstract: | The colonialism is a significant phenomenon in the history of international politics. It has influenced many of the former colonies in very different ways. Somewhere the official language has remained English, somewhere else people still pay in francs. However, the colonisation, even when shorter than one century, had mostly more impacts on the development of future countries. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to compare the influence of colonialism on further development of the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Tanzania. |
