| Abstract: | Korupce je jedním ze závažných problémů dnešní společnosti a je nutné ji aktivně řešit. Tento úkol si klade za cíl i mezinárodní nezisková nevládní organizace Transparency International, která se zabývá mapováním a potíráním korupce v mnoha zemích světa. V první části práce je teoreticky vymezena problematika korupce. Druhá část se zabývá obecně organizací Transparency International a její činností a závěrečná část se věnuje již samotným projektům. Jelikož jsou země Visegrádské čtyřky zeměmi s podobným historickým vývojem a blízkou geografickou polohou, lze tyto země považovat za vhodný vzorek při porovnávání korupčních aktivit a zejména při porovnávání projektů, organizovaných Transparency International a jejími pobočkami. Hlavním úkolem práce je zjistit, zda je sklon ke korupci v zemích Visegrádské čtyřky shodný nebo podobný a Transparency International tak může implementovat své projekty ve více zemích najednou nebo zda je třeba řešit korupci v každé zemi individuálně. V případech, kdy se země potýkají se stejnými korupčními problémy se nabízí otázka druhá a to zda spolu jednotlivé pobočky Transparency International na projektech, kterými je korupce eliminována spolupracují, či nikoliv. |

| Abstract: | Corruption is one of the major problems of modern society and it must be actively addressed. This issue puts in target international non-profit and non-governmental organisation Transparency International, which deals with mapping and combating corruption in many countries around the world. First part of the theses defines corruption in theoretical way. The second part introduces the organisation of Transparency International in general and the last part is about projects organised by Transparency International in Visegrad Four. As these countries have a similar historical development and a close geographic location they could be considered as a suitable sample in comparing corruption activities and especially in comparing projects of Transparency International and its national chapters. The main task of this work is to find out whether trends to corruption are in Visegrad Four identical or similar and Transparency International could implement its projects in more countries at once or whether it is necessary to deal with corruption in each country individual. Whether the countries face the same problems of corruption arises here a second question if national chapters are cooperating on these projects eliminating corruption or not. |
