Teoretická část se zabývá základními pojmy, historií franchisingu, postupem při jeho zakládání a jeho výhodami i nevýhodami. Praktická část zkoumá franchisingový koncept společnosti City Sightseeing ve světě a v České republice, konkrétně v hlavním městě. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with franchising as a possible way of entering the market. The work is divided into two main chapters. The first one is a theoretical part and it explains the main definition of franchising, the key concepts, the world history of franchising and also the history of development in the Czech republic. This part also looks into the foundation process of franchising and the advantages and disadvantages of this type of business. The second part which is practical one considers the franchising concept of the company called City Sightseeing. It studies the company on the global basis and also in the czech environment. |
