| Abstract: | Základem práce je získávání a výběr zaměstnanců, protože společnost jež je schopna získat a udržet si kvalitní zaměstnance, získává značnou výhodu. To vše z velké části závisí na kvalitě práce personálního oddělení v organizaci. Cílem této bakalářské práce je, na základě teoretických poznatků a odborné literatury, vyhodnotit a zanalyzovat činnosti získávání a výběru zaměstnanců ve společnosti Accenture, posoudit postupy získávání a výběru zaměstnanců a následně doporučit a navrhnout případné změny pro zvýšení efektivnosti procesu získávání a výběru zaměstnanců v této společnosti, které by měly vést k odstranění případných nedostatků. |

| Abstract: | The basis of this work is the recruitment and selection of employees, because if the company is able to attract and retain quality employees,it will gain a considerable advantage. All this depends on the quality of labor personnel department in the organization. The aim of my work is based on theoretical knowledge and scientific literature, evaluate and analyze the activities of recruitment and selection of employees in Accenture, evaluate procedures of recruitment and selection of employess and subsequently recommend and propose alternative changes for increase in effectiveness of recruitment and selection of employees in this company, that should fix all possible problems. |
