| Abstract: | Cílem práce je vyhodnotit implementaci Operačního programu Rybářství a vysvětlit jeho fungování na konkrétním případu úspěšného projektu. Úvodní část se věnuje historii OP a strategickým dokumentům, podle kterých byl formován. Ve druhé kapitole je popsána realizace OP dle jednotlivých os a jejich opatření. Třetí kapitola se zaměřuje na samotný proces administrace žádostí a obsahuje pravidla, podle kterých jsou žádosti vyhodnocovány. Poslední část je věnována případové studii úspěšného projektu spadajícího pod Opatření 2.1 pro produktivní investice do akvakultury. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis aims to discribe the implementation of Operational programme for Fisheries and to explain how the programme works on the case study of a successful project. The introductory part is dedicated to the history of the programme and it's strategic documents. The second chapter describes the implementation of the programme according to it's axes and measures. The third chapter focuses on the process of administration and contains rules under which the applications are evaluated. The last section is devoted to case study of successful project under Measure 2.1 for productive investments in aquaculture. |
