| Abstract: | Tato práce se zabývá službami v rámci podnikového IT a jejich kompozicí. Tato oblast s sebou přináší celou řadu otázek v celé řadě perspektiv a tato práce má ambici tyto otázky v těchto různých perspektivách nalézt. Cílem práce je prověření možnosti aplikace zásad a principů servisně orientované architektury a dalších standardních metodik při kompozici vnitřně procesně řízené složité business služby, která komponuje služby informačního systému SAP a vyžívá prostředků IBM WebSphere Process Server a IBM WebSphere ESB Server. Pro dosažení cíle je základním předpokladem správně identifikovat a definovat službu. Dalším důležitým pojmem je kompozice, tedy jaké mají mezi sebou služby zejména logické vazby. Na základě identifikace služby a možností její kompozice bude upřesněno, jaký je význam a definice služeb a její kompozice v rámci podnikových informačních technologií. Po vymezení služeb v kontextu informatiky, bude kladen důraz zejména na kompozitní business služby. Kompozitní business služby budou analyzovány ze tří pohledů: Engineering, Management a Governance. Přínosem práce bude zodpovězení otázky, zdali je možné v určitém prostředí a za určitých podmínek komponovat business služby, které budou respektovat kriteria pohledů Engineering, Management a Governance. Jestli kompozice těchto business služeb bude respektovat obecně respektované standardy a doporučení v definovaném prostředí. Práce svojí strukturou přechází z obecných poznatků o službách k poznatkům o službách v rámci podnikového IT. Tyto poznatky vycházejí z analýzy a doporučení metodik, které se zabývají řízením podnikového IT z pohledu služeb a stávají se základem pro definování tří pohledů. Zásady a principy definované ve třech pohledech jsou pak následně experimentálně ověřeny. |

| Abstract: | This thesis is focused on service in frame of enterprise computing and composition of these services. This brings a number of issues in large spectra of perspectives and this thesis has the ambition these issues resolve. The goal of this thesis is considering the principles application of service oriented architecure and standard methodologies in composition of internally managed by process complex business service, which composes services in SAP information system and which use resources of IBM WebSphere Process Server and IBM WebSphere ESB Server. The basic presumption to goal achieve is precise identification and definition of service. Also important is the notion of composition. So what are especially logical links between services. Based on this service identification it is going to be clarified the options of its composition and it is going to be specified the importance of service definition and composition in enterprise computing area. After defining the services in computing context the thesis is going to be focused on composite business services. Composite business services are going to be analyzed from three perspectives: Engineering, Management and Governance. The benefit of thesis is answer to question if it is possible in specific environment with specific conditions to compose business services, which respect the criterions of three perspectives: Engineering, Management and Governance. If the composition of those business services will respect generally respected standards and recommendations in a defined environment. Thesis in its structure passes from general knowledge about services to knowledge about services in frame of enterprise computing. This knowledge is based on analysis and recommendations of methodologies which are focused on service oriented IT management. Knowledge of this analysis are became basis for definition of three perspectives. Principles defined in three perspectives are going to be verified in real experiment. |
