| Abstract: | Tato práce zkoumá míru korupce v České republice v letech 2001-2010 v závislosti na ideovém složení její vlády. Test poukazuje na potvrzení hypotézy, že vlády s rozlišným ideovým názorem podléhají rozdílné míře korupce. S pomocí dat Eurobarometer, indexu transparentnosti veřejných zakázek a start-up conditions, která úzce souvisí s byrokracií a veřejným sektorem, bylo prokázáno, že nejtěsnějšímu vztahu s mírou korupce podléhá vláda levicová. Naopak nejslabší vazbu a tedy nejnižší míru korupce vykazuje středová pravice. Test nebere v úvahu možné rozdíly morálních hodnot představitelů různých stranických idejí, ale pouze rozdílnost v jimi prováděných politikách. Abstract |

| Abstract: | This thesis is concerned with rate of corruption in relation to the composition of the Czech gorvenment during 2001 and 2010. The test broadly confirms the hypothesis, that governments with different ideology are liable to different scales of corruption. Data set in thesis is closely connected with bureaucracy and public sector. With help of Eurobarometer data, index of transparency of Public Procurement and Concessions and start-up conditions correlates left-wing government with corruption the most. The weakest correlation with corruption shows center-right-wing government. Test doesn't take into account differences of moral values of adherents to a various political parties, but only the differences in their policies. |
