| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou procesů a návrhy změn ve fungování reálného podniku AiP Safe, s.r.o. Společnost sídlí v Praze a předmětem její podnikatelské činnosti jsou dodávky softwarových řešení pro správu dokumentů. V teoretické části práce jsou shrnuty pojmy a přístupy spojené s procesním řízením organizace. Praktická část je pak rozdělena na analýzu současné situace ve firmě a analýzu samotných procesů, jejich popis, identifikaci a modely, druhou část tvoří návrhy na změny ve společnosti, které vyplynuly z provedené analýzy. |

| Abstract: | This diploma thesis analyzes the processes and proposals for changes in the functioning of real business unit called AiP Safe Ltd. The company is based in Prague and the subject of her business is the supply of software solutions for document management. The theoretical part of this work summarizes concepts and approaches related to process management organization. The practical part is divided into an analysis of the current situation in the company and analysis processes themselves, their description, identification and models, the second part consists of proposals for changes in mentioned business unit that emerged from the analysis. |
