| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce sleduje vývoj regulace Evropského ratingového trhu a další mezníky pro tento trh důležité. Každý bod je zpracován i s příčinnou souvislostí a podroben kritice. Hlavní důraz je kladen na analýzu aktuálního projektu Evropské ratingové agentury. Kromě představení celého projektu a zhodnocení jeho specifik poskytuje bakalářská práce závěry ohledně opodstatněnosti a užitečnosti na základě konzultace s portfolio manažery českých bank a pojišťoven. |

| Abstract: | Bachelor thesis follows the development of European regulation of the rating market and other important milestones for this market. Each point is elaborated with causality and criticized. The main emphasis is on analyzing the current project of the European rating agency. In addition to introduction and evaluation the specifics of the project the thesis provides conclusions regarding the validity and usefulness based on consultation with the portfolio managers of Czech banks and insurance companies. |
